Terms and Conditions
Pristine Press – Beyond clean, Truly Pristine.

These terms and conditions constitute the agreement between you (the "Customer") and Pristine Press . You accept these terms and conditions by using our services, and you agree to be legally bound by them upon delivery.
1. Pristine Press strives to provide the highest quality of cleaning available in accordance with the standard methods outlined by the brand Pristine Press India, but cannot guarantee the removal of all stains from an article of clothing. Whenever possible, the company will notify the customer of stains and defects that cannot be corrected due to the possibility of further damage to the fabric, its dye, its form/shape, its embellishments, or any of its other characteristics. Full payment for our services will still be applied when stains are not removed completely.
2. Only after receiving full payment from the Customer will we initiate the performance of the necessary services.
3. All services provided by Pristine Press must be paid in full at the time the customer drops off their unclean items.
4. We reserve the right to charge 2% per month interest on any amounts not paid in full by the due date, up until payment is received in full.
5. Our responsibility to the article only holds true if the article to be treated is compatible with the cleaning process recommended on the maintenance label provided by the garment manufacturer. If the item does not support any wash care and maintenance instructions, the company will use its expertise to provide the appropriate service while excluding liability.
6. In spite of the simple professional control performed at the time of receipt of the goods, we cannot be held liable for damage caused by non-identifiable properties or undetectable defects, such as: insufficient resistance of fabrics or seams, bad reaction of the colors or the impressions, presence of a pen in the lining, previous defects or weaknesses caused by prolonged exposure to sunlight or harsh conditions, deterioration of the buttons, loops, zips, etc. Excluded from liability is the contracting or alteration of colors within the standard tolerances.
7. Before sending an item for cleaning, the customer must remove any embellishments or special buttons. Responsibility is disclaimed for embellishments, buckles, beads, buttons, belts, shoulder pads, and sequins, etc.
Money, Jewellery , and other personal items left in clothing or bags are not the responsibility of Pristine Press.
8. Curtains and sofa covers are susceptible to shrinkage, deterioration, and tearing after cleaning. We cannot predict whether this will occur or the extent of shrinkage/tear if it does. This is a natural occurrence due to the fact that certain fabrics are not pre-shrunk or are fragile due to prolonged sun exposure. Pristine Press is not responsible for such damage as it is beyond our control.
9. Pristine Press pick-up and delivery agents are trained to only provide garments with indicative prices, delivery dates, and cleaning options. In our laundry facilities, only our dry cleaning specialists will perform a detailed analysis of garments (specifically delicate wear). The final invoice and delivery dates, as well as any other pertinent information, will not be provided until our laundry rooms have been inspected on the day of pickup.
10. Pristine Press delivery agents carry a Pristine Press ID card and shall provide an original (paper or electronic) Pristine Press Receipt at your doorstep. Any garments handed over to a third party without the above verification will not be the responsibility of Pristine Press.
11. Customer is responsible for verifying the indicated number of items; otherwise, Pristine Press's count will be accepted as accurate. If the Customer is unavailable to verify a discrepancy in the count, our count must be accepted as accurate.
12. All items must be inspected, and any dissatisfaction must be communicated to Pristine Press at the time of collection. Pristine Press is not liable for any subsequent complaints.
13. Customers are requested to examine garments at the time of delivery.
14. For our home delivery services, please allow four(4) business days from the ready date indicated on the tax invoice/contract with a complete delivery address and phone number; otherwise, items must be collected from the respective outlets.
15. We make every effort to stay true to the agreed-upon delivery period and deadlines. However, delays do not grant the right to compensation.
16. The items must be retrieved within fifteen (15) days of deposit date of the receipt. In such cases, the company will attempt to contact the customer, but Pristine Press cannot be held liable for lost items after 45 days of garment ready notifications (sent to the customer through SMS and other digital platforms)
17. Safekeeping fees of Rupees 5 per article per day may be charged to customers who fail to collect their items within 15 days of the delivery date.
18. In the event of loss or damage to the item due to negligence for which we may accept liability, our liability is limited to six (6) times the rates charged for processing the item. The original receipt must be presented when filing a claim, and such claims are presumed not to exceed Rs 2500/- or the lesser amount, unless the item's value is declared in writing on the receipt.
19. In the unlikely chance of a lost or misplaced item for which we accept responsibility, Pristine Press will conduct an extensive and thorough investigation. The liability of Pristine Press for the loss of an item is limited to ten (10) times the amount billed for cleaning that item. Any in-kind benefits are excluded.
20. If the cleaning mandate cannot be fulfilled, the items are returned in the condition in which they were received. The verification of the items entrusted is dependent on the quantity and category of factors listed on the receipt.
21. The articles will be returned only against validation of original paper / digital receipt provided at the time of reception of garments unless in special circumstances.
22. No agent or employee of Pristine Press has any authority to alter these terms in any manner.
23. All taxes and Levies are applicable as per law.
24. These terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice.
25. All images and photographs on our online platforms are meant for illustration purposes only.
26. By submitting your personal information, you understand, acknowledge, and agree that it will be used for the following purposes: to provide services and products, to process transactions, to provide customer service, to better understand customer needs, to send you special offers and promotions via email and telephone, and for marketing purposes.
